When you are un-enrolled from the system, this data will be archived for 12 months (to enable you to rejoin the system easily if you change your mind), and then it will be fully deleted from our servers.

We also email you monthly to remind you to check the contact details that we hold for you. This ensures that this information is kept up to date, which can be vital in an emergency situation. Although this monthly email is a core part of the service, we do still provide an opt-out option for those who wish to take responsibility for remembering to update their details proactively.
We won't pass on your data to any third parties for marketing purposes.
To provide you with the best possible service, we partner with other companies. We do this to send and receive text and voice messages, and to process payments. In choosing these partners, we have taken into account their data security processes and reputation. When we need to transfer any data to these trusted partners, we make sure that the transfer is as safe and secure as possible.
In the event that our business is ever sold to or merges with another business, or if we undertake a joint venture with another business, your information may be disclosed to our new business partners or owners.
